My Bike Friday Pocket Lama modified with Nitto Noodle Drops from Rivendell, a custom ultralight stem from Bike Friday and fenders from Planet Bike. The mini front rack is a Nitto M-12. NOS Dura Ace Crankset with 52 tooth chainring and a modified 8 speed cluster with 9 speed spacers to make the rear Sachs 3x7 hub work with a 8 speed cassette. The shifters are Dura Ace bar cons mounted on Kelly take-offs. The brake levers are Dia-Comp 287 V-Road levers (extra cable pull to work with v-brakes). Brooks saddle, Thomson seatpost, Schwalbe Marathon K 1.5" tires on 406 rims. Nitto hand silver brazed stainless touring cage from Rivendell....tons of details on this machine...The ride is fast and smooth....and it all fits in a Samsonite suitcase and flies for free. The suitcase can be towed behind the bike with the included braze-on fitting.
